Why westartedSocial Walker

Social Walker began in Haridwar, out of a frustration we kept running into from the inside of other agencies: the strategy deck, the video crew and the web team never spoke to each other. Brands paid three times for one message — and it still came out inconsistent.

(01)

One team, one message

We built the studio so the person planning your content sits next to the person editing the video and the person designing the page it links to. No handoffs between vendors, no brand drifting between channels, no repeated briefings.

(02)

Made for attention, judged on business

Views are the easy part. We care about what happens after the scroll stops — the click, the enquiry, the signup. Every piece of work we make is tied to a number the founder actually reports on.

(03)

Small on purpose

We stay deliberately small so the people you meet in the first call are the ones doing the work. Fewer clients, more attention per client, and a direct line to us when something needs to move fast.

(04)

Local, and that's the point

We live here. We know what Kanwar season does to a Haridwar hotel's calendar, why Rishikesh sells to a different audience than Dehradun, and that Muzaffarnagar converts on WhatsApp in Hindi. An agency in Delhi charges more to learn all of that from a call.

What that means for you

How it helps your brand

You get a full creative department

Strategy, design, video and web in one retainer — the range of an in-house team without the headcount.

You stop managing vendors

One point of contact, one calendar, one reporting doc. You approve work instead of coordinating it.

You ship faster

Weekly production cycles mean a campaign idea on Monday is usually live within the same fortnight.

You keep everything

Files, footage, Figma libraries and access all belong to you. No hostage situations if we ever part ways.

How we work

Four rules we don't break

(01)

Say the honest thing

Including when it costs us the upsell.

(02)

Craft over volume

Ten posts that land beat thirty that fill a grid.

(03)

Show the numbers

Good or bad, you see the same dashboard we do.

(04)

Own the outcome

The work isn't done when it's delivered, only when it performs.

Questions

Before you write in

Most of our work is a monthly retainer covering an agreed scope — typically social management plus a set number of video deliverables. One-off projects like a website or a launch campaign are quoted as fixed-scope projects.

Retainers are priced on scope and output volume, and projects on complexity. Tell us what you're trying to achieve on a first call and you'll get a clear number and a deliverable list — never an open-ended hourly rate.

No. A good part of our work is with early-stage founders who need one strong channel done properly rather than five done thinly.

Onboarding takes about a week — access, audit and the first content plan. Production usually begins in week two.

Contact

Tell us what you're building

No forms. WhatsApp, call or email — a real person reads it, and you'll hear back within one business day. A first call is 30 minutes, free, and ends with a straight answer on scope, timeline and cost.
